Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell instant-access digital products (documents, templates, and prompt systems). Please read this policy before purchasing.
1) Digital products — no refunds after access
Once payment is successful and access is provided (download link and/or access guide), the sale is final.
2) Exceptions — when we may issue a refund
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- Access failure: You paid but did not receive access and we cannot resolve it after support contact.
- Wrong product delivered: A clear delivery mistake that we cannot correct.
3) How to request help
Email support@100x.cash with:
- Full name
- Email used at checkout
- Receipt/order reference
- Short description of the issue
4) Cancellations
Because delivery is digital and instant, orders cannot be “cancelled” after payment.
5) Re-access
If you lose access, contact support with your purchase details and we’ll resend the access instructions.
